Shipping Policy
Purelongevity ships all orders from our GMP-certified fulfillment partner located in the United States. We are committed to fast, reliable delivery so your protocol is never interrupted.

All orders ship free regardless of order value. Standard delivery is fulfilled via our logistics partner with an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your confirmation email.
International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors and building management. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@purelongevity.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
