30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• Products must be in original packaging. Opened products are accepted — we understand you need to try it to know.
• Items purchased as part of a bundle or stack must be returned as the complete bundle.
• Digital products, e-books, and subscription boxes are non-refundable once accessed or shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

Email returns@purelongevity.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purelongevity.com with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
